"I would give zero strars if an option. Called there office twice 3 weeks before renewal to cancel my homeowners policy as I found a better policy. They failed to do so , so it was submitted to mortgage company and paid.I now have to go thru the hassle to get a refund . They acknowledge that it was not done, DUH. It is called incompetence. Probably because non renewal means no $$ to them. Buyer beware"
